For most yoga students the focus is on Asanas/Postures, Pranayama/Breath, To bring you deeper into the practice of yoga you will learn about the 8 limbs, the philosophy of yoga applicable to every day life and situations. Combining some yin withgentle flow.
This will be an 8 week class.

Follow me to the shady side of the hill! With focus on addressing the connective tissue to enhance movement.
Yin is meditative as we use the pause in the posture to listen within to your energy.

Weather you are attempting to keep surgery away or preparing for surgery Pre - rehab is always advised. Prior to OES training I trained with the Saunders Back institute. With the highest injury occurring in back, shoulder, knee and hip OES focused on these areas. Begin with a complete postural Evaluation, assess current movement and developing program to move forward and regain strength - Pre and Post op.
All Training session or classes are 50 minutes. Monthly commitment is required as days and times are specifically reserved ahead on schedule.
