At the age of thirty the body begins the aging process, where connective tissue tightens from years of strengthening and overuse. Tight connective tissue creates tension and stress on joints, affecting how we move, and potential for injury. Yin yoga addresses tension allowing the connective tissue to become more pliable. Yin is known to be healing to the body and mind.

What is Energy Work and healing touch? Is it spiritual work? or scientific? The nomenclature for healing uses a variety of titles, all with a similar focus and objective. Energy work shares the concept that all matter has an energetic framework often referred to as Aura. Disturbances in the energy field effect each person in different ways, physical, psychological, spiritual. These disturbances can be debilitating. Energy healing is a form of treatment used in conjunction with other therapies, and if you seek to learn it maybe for your own use and to help family members.
